Do you have no intention of reloading your 9mm training ammo’s empty cases? Then why spend all that money on brass? Blazer loaded these versatile target shooting rounds with aluminum cases, which are extremely economical because they contain no copper! Any handgun or carbine should cycle aluminum-cased rounds with all due efficiency.
Blazer loads these rounds’ aluminum cases with non-corrosive Berdan primers. They will still function fine in your firearm – they’re just a little cheaper to manufacture, and also serve to deter people from reloading aluminum cases (which lack the elasticity to return to their original dimensions once fired).
Blazer selected the proven 115 grain full metal jacket bullet for this training ammo. Its a solid lead core with a copper alloy jacket, and no steel that could draw a magnet. The bullet’s sleek exterior and round nose both enhance smoother feeding, and its supersonic muzzle velocity translates to a flat trajectory preceded by very manageable recoil.
