With this 1000 round case of
Blazer Brass ammo in 9mm Luger, there’s no need to compromise between price and
quality when it comes to pistol practice. This 9mm Parabellum ammunition from
CCI meets SAAMI specs and uses CCI’s own well-regarded primers. Each cartridge,
cased with reusable brass, fires a light 115-grain bullet at a relatively fast
1145 fps.
Blazer Brass bullets have a lead core and are made through the electronic plating method. The process is very time-efficient as it allows for massive quantities of projectiles to be formed simultaneously. Once the copper has electronically bonded to the lead cores, the projectiles are then moved to a tumble wash to be cleaned, polished, and prepared for loading.
CCI is an Idaho-based ammunition company that produces the Blazer and Blazer Brass centerfire pistol product lines as well as a selection of well-regarded rimfire hunting and plinking rounds. The company was founded in 1950s by Richard Speer, brother of Speer Bullets founder Vernon Speer. When I checked email in the morning, I had a response that gave me the confidence that my order would arrive in time. I ordered. Then, I received a phone call that confirmed the email and also told me my order should arrive no later than 5-6 days later. over the last 5 months I have purchased 2000 rounds of this ammo. In the first order I did get one box neither my Glock or Taurus liked very well. The rounds fired well, It was a feed problem. have gone through 600 or 1000 rounds. Don't know if it's my Sig P320, which is brand new or the ammo but i have constant jams. Last time i was at the range i shot 300 rounds and had 21 jams. Just purchased my first batch of rounds to break-in my HK P30L 9mm and this ammo performed admirably. I was hesitant at first but really did not feel like plunking down a whole lot of cash on premium ammo just for target practice. Have put 350 rounds through my pistol with no problems of any kind. I was expecting a lot of fouling with such a cheap product, but other than a quick wipe down the pistol is back in the case and ready to go gain.
