Q: I understand the casing is steel. But is the bullet also steel?Or does the bullet have a non magnetic jacket with a lead core??

A: Hello Steve,
This ammunition is loaded with a lead core, bi-metal jacketed projectile. Due to the steel content of the jacket, this ammunition will not pass a magnet test.
