These Serbian-made 10mm cartridges by Prvi Partizan are built for people who want a little extra oomph from their self-defense ammo. Each 10mm cartridge is loaded with a 180gr jacketed hollow point (JHP) projectile designed to expand wide and cause major damage on impact. The muzzle velocity of these rounds sits at 1082 fps, which is lower than a standard 9mm, but this 10mm ammo generates a hearty energy transfer of 468 ft/lbs due to its heavier projectile. PPU uses Boxer-primed brass casings that are new-production, non-corrosive, and reloadable.
